What we collect
When you pre-register on this site we collect your email address, a timestamp, your consent record, and basic technical data (IP-derived country, user agent) used for rate-limiting and abuse prevention. That's it. We use privacy-first analytics that do not use cookies or track you across sites.
What we use it for
- To send you launch and major-milestone emails about STARLESS (that's what you signed up for).
- Never sold, never shared with advertisers, never used for ad targeting.
Legal basis (GDPR)
Your explicit consent (the checkbox you ticked). You can withdraw it at any time — every email includes an unsubscribe link, or write to us and we delete your record within 30 days.
Storage & retention
Signups are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (EU/US edge). We keep your email until launch communications end or you unsubscribe, whichever comes first.
California (CCPA/CPRA)
We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA. You may request access or deletion at any time: hello@playstarless.com.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA) and we do not knowingly collect their data.
